Marketing and Sales Assistant Job

Create and maintain an attractive social media plan for day to day engagement with existing and
potential customers.

This will include but is not exclusive to: Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
Management of social media calendar and all social media sites including Hotel Website, Facebook,
Twitter, Trip Advisor and Instagram

Manage, maintain and utilise CRM systems.
Ensuring the data held within is, current and updated and ready for transfer to the central
marketing database, liaising with our data partners

Support the implementation of on-going public relations and marketing programs that are
strategically planned to support and enhance the hotels marketing efforts in order to target
market areas and reinforce the corporate identity.

Coordinate with local/regional/national public relations campaigns and liaise with assigned
external agencies

Assist in the creation and implementation of effective marketing communications to increase
revenue with direct agreement from Head of Sales
.
Responsible for ensuring all 3rd parties sites are fully up to date with tactical promotions and
offers and are updated minimum 3 times weekly.

Co-ordinate direct mail projects, special events, newsletter production, strategic promotions and
public relations initiatives

Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers

Manage and maintain the updating and sending of pre and post visit mailers.

Provides proactive and reactive sales support to the sales department when required.

Provide administrative assistance to Head of Sales.

Assist with incoming enquiries and liaise with relevant depts.

Knowledge of overall hotel operations

Organize and attend client events, FAM trips, trade shows, etc.

Effectively use sales resources ·

To perform any other reasonable task as requested by management.
