As a visionary, innovative and values-led organisation, we are seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead Restless Development in delivering its new strategy, working tirelessly to transform lives, communities and countries around the world. Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the Chief Executive will be responsible for providing inspirational leadership and strategic management. Our new leader will guide the agency into an exciting new strategic era of expanded reach and impact, and be responsible for developing relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
This role offers a unique opportunity for an individual with a genuine passion for youth-led development to lead an inspiring and dynamic agency as it develops into the future. The successful candidate will bring strategic vision, significant leadership experience, emotional intelligence and financial competence in a challenging economic environment. With excellent communication skills, the right candidate will be a strong external spokesperson and advocate on behalf of the agency, and youth around the world.
