We're looking for a Digital Content Producer to act as editor of our award-winning intranet, Trustnet, and lead content production for other internal products.

Wellcome exists to improve health for everyone by helping great ideas to thrive. To achieve that we need superb internal communications, so that our staff can do the best job they can, while finding Wellcome an inspiring and enjoyable place to work.

Trustnet is at the heart of those communications. It helps us connect through news, events, shared advice, and over a hundred discussion groups that reflect our work interests, our passions, and our idiosyncrasies (dinosaur group, anyone?).

We're proud to have built Trustnet in-house. You'll be joining a friendly and dedicated team working on it and our other internal products.

You will:

*lead the creation and maintenance of content on Trustnet and other internal digital products, such as our benefits portal
*work as part of an integrated Internal Comms team to make sure that Trustnet helps deliver Internal Comms objectives
*help create a strong, user-focused digital culture at Wellcome.
If you want to join us, you'll need to have:

*excellent skills in writing and editing
*excellent communication skills
*strong planning and organisation skills, able to work to tight deadlines and schedule/prioritise effectively
*the will and ability to judge an appropriate level of quality.

You'll be able to:

*liaise, influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
*work well in a team to achieve results
*work without close supervision.

You'll have experience of:

*creating, editing and maintaining content online
*championing the importance of user needs to people who don't always have a strong understanding of web usability
*using web content management systems.
