Senior Marketing Manager, Brand 
Fixed term (12 months)  – Fulltime 
Salary: £37,800 - £46,500 
Location: Cambridge 
What it’s about 
The Senior Marketing Manager, Brand will support the Head of Brand Development to ensure planned changes to the Cambridge English brand are communicated and implemented by stakeholders globally across key touch points to agreed timelines. This is an exciting role that requires developing strong relationships with senior management in Cambridge and key staff globally to understand the best opportunities to develop our product brands. 
The Senior Marketing Manager, Brand will oversee communications for the planned changes and ensure internal and external stakeholders around the world understand their role in the brand and are able to deliver it consistently. Deputising for the Head of Brand Development, the role will provide strategic leadership for the development of our brands in line with business needs. The role provides an exciting opportunity to lead brand change within a high performance team working in a fast paced global environment. 

What you’ll be doing 
Overseeing the development and implementation of detailed comms plan and ensure staff and our centre network understand their role in the brand and are able to deliver it consistently. 
Ensuring information is disseminated appropriately and internal communications are regular and clear. 
Leading consistent implementation of the Cambridge assessment English brand across key customer touch points and with all major stakeholders, including overseeing the marketing development and production processes. 
Deputise for the Head of Brand Development in providing team leadership to the brand team to ensure it meets the business’s requirements. 
This includes agreeing priorities, helping to set the agenda for further brand developments and ensuring that the customer experience lives up to the brand values and promise by ensuring key touch points for customers truly reflect our brand. 
What we’re looking for 
You will be an experienced marketing and brand professional and a highly effective communicator, skilled in building relationships, and have credibility representing Cambridge effectively with internal and external stakeholders of all levels. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and copywriting. You will have proven experience leading strategic projects and experience of success in using different marketing channels to build a brand.
