The role offers vast career opportunities with structured training from the leaders in Financial Recruitment. You will become an expert in the art of Financial Recruitment. Your responsibilities will include:
You will work with clients ranging from successful well-known Investment Banks to specialised boutique firms e.g. hedge funds
Focus on delivering revenue from a growing list of won, house and prospect accounts
Cover the full spectrum of recruitment from candidate generation through to client management in a complete 360 position
Regularly networking and meeting with potential/current clients
Organising interviews and managing candidates throughout the Recruitment process
Headhunting the best talent in the market through cold calling and networking
Advertising vacancies in a creative way in order to attract the best calibre candidates.
