We are currently looking for talented and ambitious recent graduates for a bespoke finance recruitment agency in the heart of Manchester.
The company recruits in to the higher end of the finance sector, dealing with huge businesses and working with positions within multinational firms. Consultants are given to opportunity to work within a streamlined geographical and specific market discipline. Since 2001, they have experienced exceptional organic growth and are looking to hire 15 new graduates by the end of the year, who can then grow and develop together to become a strong sales force. They are not looking for candidates with any specific finance or recruitment experience; they simply want someone who has strong ingrained attributes and a desire to succeed.

What does Recruitment involve?
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant you will be expected to do the following:
Working the 360 degree recruitment cycle from start to finish
Generating new clients through cold calling businesses and selling your recruitment services
Using multiple sales techniques to source new candidates
Meeting with high-end clients and candidates frequently
Negotiating fees and salaries
Gaining an in-depth knowledge in finance
Closing the deal for a commission bonus!
The client will give you in-depth sales and recruitment training for all of the above skills!

Requirements to work in Recruitment:
You must be a University Graduate with a 2.2 or above
Hardworking and driven Graduates
Extremely driven financially
Have a genuine desire to work within recruitment and make the most of the opportunities available
Outgoing, confident and sociable
Exceptional interpersonal skills
A desire to live in Manchester
