The Role:
In this Account Manager job, you will sit within the Account Management team to ensure successful onboarding of partners across the entire region, and will be assisted by the Sales Operations, CX, Marketing and Product teams. The role will require the ability to sell the concept of successful onboarding to Partners and their clients - you must be flexible as you will need to continually adapt to the needs of the Partners and their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
In this Account Manager job, your role will involve:
Ensuring new partners are successful onboarded
Arranging and delivering client events
Engaging with partners and their clients to ensure they are successfully onboarded
Delivering client webinars
Running email and call campaigns
Collaborating with other teams across the business
Building and refining internal processes
Collecting and collating feedback from partners to highlight key issues that may prevent onboarding
What we're looking for?
A 2:1 from a Top 20 university
At least 1 years' experience in a business development or account management role
Flawless communication skills, both written and verbal
Detail orientated and comfortable handling data
Confidence to work autonomously and liaise with an eclectic mix of senior business leaders
A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills
Business savvy with a keen interest in technology
An eagerness to work in a client facing, creative and data-driven sales environment
