An excellent opportunity has arisen for a HGV Class 2 Tanker Driver to join our team at our Leeds site. In return, we offer a competitive salary, premium payments for weekends, 33 days holiday pro rata, death in service benefit.

We are one of the largest LPG suppliers in the UK and has over 30 years' experience providing alternative energy solutions to domestic and commercial customers.

The HGV Class 2 Tanker Driver will be responsible for delivering Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) by Tanker to domestic and commercial customers in and around the Leeds area.

The HGV Class 2 Tanker Driver's key responsibilities will include:

* Carrying out relevant daily vehicle checks and reporting defects as per Operational Procedures

* Completing all necessary paperwork ensuring accuracy standard is maintained

* Meet company driver performance standards

* Loading the vehicle on site in accordance with site procedures

* Metered deliveries at customer premises in accordance with customer and site procedures

The successful HGV Class 2 Tanker Driver will have:

* A Cat C (HGV Class 2) Licence

* An ADR in tanks with minimum Class 2 gasses

* A driver qualification card (DCPC)

* A commitment to providing excellent customer service

* A reliable, flexible and hardworking ethic

* An honest and trustworthy persona

* A willingness to undergo a criminal record (DBS) check

The hours of work are 45 per week. This will include some weekend working as part of a rostered shift pattern.
