I bought this car as a project on the 21st April 2017. It was in a sorry state. On the 24th May I put it through it's MOT. I will list everything I did:
I put a new CAM belt kit on at 177,979 miles, 4 new Brake Discs, 4 New Brake Calipers, New pads all around. I fitted Iridium Spark plugs, I also filled it with Petronas HPX engine oil and fitted a brand new battery. It then when through it's MOT with no advisories. I haven't mentioned all the things I've done but the work came to about £1000. Since getting the MOT at 177,985 miles I've only done 278 miles in the car and it's mileage now is 178,163. I only did such a low mileage as we got given another LPG Car which my wife prefers. The car is now SORNed but I run it up every few days and it starts first time every time. The LPG System works and changes over smoothly.
Here are the bad bits: There is only one key for the car. I haven't been able to get the stereo to work and the central locking does not work off the remote but it does work from the key.
