Junior Commercial Lawyer

This is a unique in-house lawyer role based in the Malaga area (Mijas Costa) with a 3-month probation period at the London office. Reporting to the General Counsel you will be working as part of a small multi-disciplinary team.

You will be a UK qualified lawyer ideally with 2 to 4 years' post-qualification experience in:

* E-commerce, privacy and data protection and general matters related to websites and social media.

* General corporate and compliance work including the UK FCA.

* Some modest acquisition and disposal work.

Useful, but not essential, familiarity in dealing with outside counsel, particularly foreign lawyers.

You will need to be flexible in your approach. Knowledge of Spanish would be useful but is not essential.
