We are recruiting for an Onsite Resourcer / Account Coordinator for the brand new, state of the art Primark Distribution Centre in Islip, Northamptonshire.

****Hours of work:** **

Mon - Fri 08:00-18:00

****Key Responsibilities:** **

* Manage attendance of temporary workforce
* Manage performance of temporary workforce
* Attend meetings with clients
* Recruit and interview new candidates
* Source new recruitment leads
* Build and hold relationship with client decision makers

The successful candidate will have previous recruitment/resourcer/warehouse team leader experience, ideally within a fast moving retail warehouse. Experience of warehouse operations and recruitment agency activities in line with targets is essential, along with excellent communication skills.
