We have a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business as a Payroll Accounts Clerk on a temporary leading to permanent basis based in Hinckley, Leicestershire. The suitable Payroll Accounts Clerk duties will include:
* Processing RTI returns on a weekly basis
* Processing payroll for employers and customers
* Updating manual and computerised accounts
* Raising queries and responding to queries from customers
* Processing pension payments
* Registering invoices onto the accounts system and processing invoices and related queries
* Responsible for all aspects of the sales orders processing and purchase ledger
* Carry out statement reconciliation
* Supporting with invoicing
The successful Payroll Accounts Clerk should have the following:
* Strong experience of payroll and processing payroll
* An in depth knowledge of general Accounts
* Microsoft Office, Word and Excel experience
* Keen eye for detail ensuring accuracy on the system
* Experience of working with Nest as a pension company is advantageous
* Working knowledge of statutory information required by HMRC
As the Payroll Accounts Clerk you will be working Monday to Friday: 8.45am- 5.15pm.
The pay rate will be (GBP)8.00 to (GBP)9.00 per hour for the temporary period dependant on experience.
