Wanted. To buy the properties! I want to buy the flat/apartments in Newcastle city centre or buy 3 or 4 bedrooms house in Newcastle area or Durham. It house it must have front and rear garden, not a yard.
Everything will make it a legal agreement and get all relevant documents in place and agree a purchase price and date etc upfront.
We will deal from this way. All the documents will be process by solicitor. How much deposit I will pay you?
1) I will pay 5-10% of the you r sales price as deposit. The deposit will be deduct from the final purchase.
2) The rental was fixed 500 pounds but I will pay the buy bit 500 pounds or a little more in monthly. Rental will belong to you and buy bit means will be deducted for the final purchase.
