Our client our a small, friendly, privately owned business based in Wakefield, with 20 years experience building Care Homes both locally and nationally and who enjoy strong client relationships and an excellent reputation within this sector.

Due to continued growth they are now seeking to appoint a strong Estimator with experience of putting together tenders from enquiry stage, and who with the right guidance can develop into a more varied Preconstruction Manager role within the business in the short to medium term.
