Our Client, an established Financial Services business, is currently seeking an Internal Recruiter to join their growing business!

As Internal Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for all hiring needs across the business in line with budgets.

The Role:
Manage the entire recruitment process from initial request to agreement of offer
Implement the recruitment strategy effectively
Increase brand awareness utilising a range of recruitment channels, maximising every opportunity, making plans to increase company profile
Management and development of management information
Maintain the PSL as relationship manager
Scope and recommend partners for recruiting that complement the in-house resourcing specialist strategy
Provide resourcing support on a project basis as required
Develop knowledge of competitors and talent mapping
Agree, implement and manage to Service Level Agreements including in-house
Manage the budget and streamline process for efficiencies
The successful candidate will possess the following skills/experience:

Experience of in-house sourcing
Experience gained within finance/financial services/mortgage/banking or insurance industry
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
Experience of generating Management Information
Experience of generating and managing a talent pool
