Competitive Salary

We are looking for a multi trade operative fully qualified and experienced in carpentry and plumbing. Any other trade would be desirable.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance works, responsive repairs and void works.

The candidate needs to have at least basic skills in tiling, plastering, fencing and double glazed window unit replacement.

We require someone who is fully skilled and experienced to carry out advanced plumbing and carpentry tasks such as installing toilet, identifying leakages, cutting doors to fit the into frames, fixing pipes, etc.

A van, large tools and power tools, mobile phone, tablet and fuel card will be provided. They will be expected to have their own hand tools and full clean driving licence
