My client is looking to secure a couple of roaming Project Managers to manage several projects across London and Surrey. The company's workload mainly consists of office to residential conversions and experience in this field is essential.

They have recently set up a new London office to undertake various commercial and residential construction projects to the value of £15 million. The division has already secured key clients with multiple projects consequently creating an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join the team

The Role

* To work closely with the Senior Contracts Manager and liaise with sub-contractor and professional teams.
* To continuously review and ensure that all work on site is being performed in accordance with H&S, CDM, quality and environmental procedures.
* To attend meetings, produce minutes as well as precise and concise weekly project reports, and making sure record keeping is thorough, regular and accurate
* To ensure adequate resources to achieve project programmes and ensure all site operatives, staff and visitors are properly inducted.
* To raise the brand awareness on and off site.

The Candidate

* Minimum 5 years' experience of both internal fit out and new build or heavy external on project values from £1mil up to £15mil.
* Ability to oversee multiple projects at once
* Fully experienced in delivering projects from point of sale to completion on site. Ability to take full control and responsibility for delivery, health & safety, quality and environmental aspects.
* Produce from scratch, develop and report against programmes
* Is experienced in client facing and good examples of client reports that he produces and is familiar with chairing client meetings
* experienced in Cut and Carve projects
* The candidate is willing to 'get stuck in' when needed on site,
* Is fluent at producing RAMS for works packages the client undertake
* Has good experience of running multiple jobs simultaneously through site managers based on site
* Has high experience in driving teams and programme on site to beat targets
* First aid at Work
* Ideally hold a Qualification in building/construction - CIOB, MAPM, BSc, HND.
* SMSTS
* Asbestos Awareness
* CSCS (incl. grade)
