Electrical M&E Engineer Central St. Giles 37k

I am currently representing a leading client in the M&E industry who is currently in search of a static electrical M&E engineer to join their site at Central St. Giles at Tottenham Court Road with the site consisting of commercial space, private luxury apartments and retail units. They have 5 offices over the UK and 500 engineers nationwide, providing a full range of M&E services to a wide portfolio of clients.

The role would be to carry out PPMS and reactive works to electrical and have strong knowledge of cooling towers, with the ideal candidate having 5+ years` experience. You will be a team of 3 engineers on site working Monday to Friday on a 40 hour week.

The candidate would also need their NVQ or city and guilds in electrical installation as well as their 17th edition and L8 water treatment certificate with a desire to have their IPAF.

You will be providing Service maintenance and breakdown on:

- Cooling towers

- UPS ( Uninterrupted power systems )

- Emergency light testing

- Fire Alarm testing

- Wiring

- Distribution unit

- BMS

PACKAGE:

- 37k basic

- Split shift of 7-4 and 10-7

- 25 days holiday + bank

- 1 in 2 call out 100 pound standby (minimum of 4 hours pay)

- Company pension

- Tools and PPE supplied
