Maintenance Controller - Office Based - Basingstoke

If you have had enough of being a Mechanic but wish to utilise your experience in a pleasant (warm) environment, then this could be the role for you
My client is a fast paced organisation that is at the forefront of providing Solutions in to the Commercial Vehicle/ Plant sector,
This is a challenging role for a talented individual who has gained excellent communication and organisational skills gained in the Commercial Vehicle, Plant or Agricultural market.

Your remit will be to support the Maintenance function with arranging all of the: Repairs, Servicing, Breakdowns and cost recovery of the large Fleet via 3rd party means.
Each day will be completely different and it is your responsibility to adapt to the challenges that happen on a daily basis.
This role would suit someone who has a very good technical knowledge gained in a Workshop environment and also someone who can interact at all levels to make sure the Vehicle down time is minimal, experience and knowledge of Compliance would also be useful.
