Sales Controller Kings Lynn - OTE £40,000 - £45,000 + Car

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual for an exciting opportunity as a Sales Controller / Business Manager for a leading and highly reputable automotive retail group. Our client's motor retail dealership is based in Kings Lynn.

Job Description:

* As a sales controller, you will assist the Sales Manager in overseeing the sales operation of the dealership, while delivering outstanding customer service.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising profitability per unit, exploring sales opportunities and managing all sales enquiries.
* The candidate will help direct and motivate a sales team whilst implementing effective sales plans, authorising part exchanges, advising customers of finance and additional products and services, monitoring payments, managing finance agreements and working to and exceeding sales targets.

Experience Required

* The suitable applicant will be a current Sales Controller or highly experienced Senior Sales Executive in the motor trade.
* The candidate must have passion to discover and fulfil the customer's needs while selling the correct products to them.
* Being able to withstand high pressure environments and aid others in reaching goals.
* Main dealership experience required
* The candidate must also have supervisory experience

Salary and Benefits

* £20,000 - £25,000 Basic Salary
* £40,000 - £45,000 OTE
