Salary range: £16,909 - £18,788 + benefits + overtime

Holidays: Year 1 is 33 days, rising to 38 including bank holidays after 5 years

What are they looking for?

They are enjoying a positive growth with an increase in residential placements so they are recruiting for talented Residential Support / Care Workers for their young adults homes who ideally have a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care. These roles will work in their state of the art 4 bedroom homes on site at Cheadle Hulme near Handforth, supporting individuals aged 18 - 25. Experience working in a care setting with young adults with complex learning disabilities and communication, behavioural and sensory impairments is preferred but not essential.

What are the roles?

These are full time permanent roles and will involve providing daily care and support for their young people including personal care needs, mobility, daily routine support, communication, independent living skills, learning and leisure activities. Some challenging behaviours may present, so similar experience is preferred but not essential.

What are the hours?

Full flexibility over 7 days is required (37.5 hours per week)
The roles operate on a rotating shift patter
