A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a experienced Special Educational Needs TA / SEN Teaching Assistant in an outstanding Primary school in South Ockendon. The position is to start with immediate effect and will continue throughout the whole academic year.

Do you hold a certificate in Childrens Learning and Development or equivalent? Are you confident in teaching literacy and numeracy to primary pupils? Do you work well independently and as part of a team?

The school is seeking to appoint a strong, experienced Special Educational Needs TA / SEN Teaching Assistant to support a lovely KS2/ Key Stage 2 class.

The role will include:

* Assisting the teacher with classroom preparation
* 1-1 work with students who require additional support
* Leading group work
* Helping the class teacher with pupil observations
