As a PA you will be responsible for:
* Being the first point of contact for the company
* Screening calls and handling where appropriate
* Meeting and greeting clients
* Diary management
* Booking meetings and appointments
* Arranging travel and accommodation
* Minute taking
* Organising monthly staff activities
* Update social media channels
* Drafting blog articles
* Typing up reports and business letters
* Adhoc administrative
The successful candidate must:
* Have a minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Be well organised and be able to manage own workload efficiently and effectively
* Be an advanced user of Microsoft Office
* Have excellent written English
* Be a clear communicator
* Have excellent attention to detail
