We are looking for warehouse operatives in the North East to work in a successful warehouse for one of leading Online Fashion and Beauty retailers. The job, in Grimethorpe, pays a minimum of £8.45 per hour, with set shifts, monthly bonuses are available for attendance and performance, and the potential to earn a permanent contract!

The Warehouse Operative role would see you:

* Picking and packing fashion goods,
* Playing an active role in stock control
* and being part of the customer fulfilment process, from control of the goods coming into the warehouse to helping them get to the customer's doorstep.

Some of the current bonuses for warehouse operatives include £75 for full attendance between November 20th and December 4th, and from December 18th to January 6th! With an additional bonus for those who manage full attendance through both of those periods.

Another coming incentive in November is a temporary rise for warehouse operatives, with the minimum pay, going to an incredible £10 an hour!

Other incentives include:
A 25% discount if you shop online at ASOS after 3 months service
Operational bonuses up to £200
Overtime premiums are paid at time and half, with double time also occasionally paid!

There is also a very high conversion rate for temporary staff to become permanent staff members!

There are several shift patterns available, allowing you the chance to pick the one that best suits you! These include

* Days 07:00 - 15:00
* Afternoons 15:00 - 23:00
* Nights 23:00 - 07:00
* Rotating shifts 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00

What skills you need to become one of our warehouse operatives:

* We are looking for self motivated people

* Team players who will work to increase productivity among the
* No experience needed, but a desire to learn is key
* People comfortable with working at heights

What are the pay rates for Warehouse Operatives:

* The day rate is £8.45 per hour, for hours worked between 07:00 and 22:00 (except for November 23rd to November 29th when it will be a minimum of £10!)
* The night time rate is £10.14 per hour, for hours worked between 23:00 and 07:00

Where is the job:

* The job is located on Spring road, Grimethorpe, S72 7GX and free transport is provided to and from Sheffield
