Customer Support Advisor - £7.93 per hour - permanent contract

Based in Newcastle - immediate start!!!

Due to expansion, my client is looking for candidates with great communication skills who can work on an inbound customer service helpdesk on a full time basis. No experience necessary, full training is given and immediate starts are available!

The Role:

* Handling inbound calls from new and existing customers.
* Use training provided to assist with the customer's enquiry or complaint.
* Working around 40 hours a week on flexible shift patterns
* Working as part of a large team with full training and support given
* Working in a fantastic environment with long term opportunities

The Person:

* No related experience is needed just someone who has good communication skills and a desire to solve customer problems and queries
* Able to work flexibly Monday to Sunday, 5 days out of 7
* Enthusiastic and committed to give excellent customer service and where possible resolve queries on the first call

* Basic salary £7.93 per hour
