Senior Design Manager - Birmingham - £75,000 + package

Our client is one of the most well-known and well respected Main Contractors in the UK, with a presence across the country predominantly working in the Distribution / Commercial / Healthcare & Education Sectors, with Projects ranging from £2m up to £70m. Due to continued growth, a strong orderbook secured for the next 3 years and a new division, they have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Design Manager to join the business based out of the Birmingham office.

Our client is looking for a Senior Design Manager with a strong background in pre-construction & delivery of New Build Distribution & Commercial Projects ranging from £5m up to £30m. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a new division working in the Distribution & Commercial Sector, with a view of moving into a Head of Design role. They are looking for a Senior Design Manager who has experience of taking a project from inception through to completion and has strong knowledge of pre-construction.

* Main Contracting Background
* Distribution Centre experience (Essential)
* Pre-Construction Experience & Exposure
* Ideally, living in the Midlands
* Can operate out of West Midlands Office (Essential)
