This Quantity Surveyors role is with one of the UKs leading main contractors. They have an excellent reputation and build some of the countrys most iconic buildings.

They are a diverse organisation covering most sectors of the built environment and this role is within their interiors/fit out division, specifically to work on fit-out, refurbishment, shell and core and cut and carve projects in the North West.

The Role
There is an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team in Warrington. Reporting into the Surveying Manager, your key responsibility will be to take accountability for all pre and post contract duties, commercial functions and contract reporting on projects and or works packages.

Youll have relevant experience and strong commercial skills to maximise value recovery, cost control and cash management along with the ability to use / understand financial reports and final accounts. Alongside this you will be a confident communicator, able to demonstrate the ability to form and develop relationships with client, PQS, design team and supply chain.
