Cromwell is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Senior to join our team based in Leicester to support in the daily delivery of departmental goals and to assist in the overall delivery of the WDC strategic plan. This role will be a 9am 6pm shift Monday to Friday.

Your new role
Understand the impact of processes to internal and external customers and act decisively to ensure that their expectations are met
Monitor and deliver on departmental service levels and report and escalate where customer experience will be affected by process failure
Promote a culture of excellence by proactively identifying opportunities to continually improve business process without sacrificing customer experience
Support the planning and deployment of resource based on daily demand, identify shortfalls and excesses in capacity and redeploy resources to control costs.
Continually review business processes to identify and remove waste supporting the reduction of cost

What you'll need to succeed
Experience of working in a fast paced environment warehousing experience desirable
Process driven with ability to meet deadlines
Must be able to manage processes and change
Must have experience of coaching and supporting others to deliver successful processes
