My client is a luxury brand specialising in the design, manufacture, marketing and sales of exquisitely crafted silver and leather items who now seek an experienced Graphic Designer to join the team.

The requirements for the role are as follows:

Responsibilities

* Creating and developing designs and presentations for both internal and external use, which match the brief provided and client requirements
* Managing client proposals through design, print and production
* Creative thinking to develop new ideas, concepts and interactive designs
* Coordinating multiple projects and prioritising workload in order to meet strict deadlines
* Presenting finalised ideas and concepts to the sales team
* Working with a range of media and advising with regards to design style, format, print and timescales
* Producing presentations, marketing materials and banner designs that are on brand and of a high standard
* Analysing and reviewing existing design assets suggesting improvements if required
* Liaising with the Senior Designer in producing accurate and work to the highest standard Creating designs that are both interesting and appealing to our clients and consumers.
* Producing rough illustrations of design ideas, either by hand sketching or by using a computer program.

Skills and Experience

* Creating designs that are both interesting and appealing to our clients and consumers.
* Experience producing rough illustrations of design ideas, either by hand sketching or digitally
* A knowledge and understanding of the luxury goods industry is required, along with learning the product ranges in silver, leather and crystal and how these can be adapted to suit a clients brief
* A knowledge and understanding of sport and the sports industry is important
* A good understanding of latest digital marketing trends
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Relevant experience in print and web design with a high standard of visual communication skills
* Good knowledge of using web, social media and video applications along with a high proficiency in using Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
* Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite for Mac to a high proficiency; image editing, manipulation, processing and retouching, working in scale, creating artwork for client sign off and production, creating presentations, look books and other print media
* Excellent Artistic and Illustrative skills in various media
* Affinity with time management and organisational skills in order to work flexibly within various departments, prioritising workload and meeting deadlines
* Ability to tailor design briefs to meet and exceed client expectations
* Sense of typography, concepts, visuals and attention to detail in relation to digital media
* Strong Digital Communication Skills
* Ability to produce graphics in various media's for our company assets, including Website banners, Online and Email Marketing Communication, Editorial, Publication and Adverts.
* Needs to understand different digital platforms - screen size and devices
* Expert in creating web ready art work
* Past experience in Sport or luxury/e-commerce industry is recommended
