Commercial Support Analyst (Systems)

Location: Brimsdown

To provide the business with the knowledge and confidence that SMART (Maximo) and other business systems as required, is being fully utilised. Working collaboratively with the Managing QS's and their respective teams to ensure the accuracy of data and establish business reports, as required, for month and period end reporting. Due to the nature of the business the employee will be required to be geographically mobile and flexible in order to support individual contract needs.

Required Qualifications / Expertise:

Essential

· Pre-existing knowledge of SMART functionality - due to need to be superuser

· Strong commercial and finance understanding

· Ability to negotiate and understand complex and technical issues related to SMART

· An able presenter who can provide guidance to all levels of staff on process and system functionality

· Good problem solving skills

· Good communication skills

· Highly competent user of MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel

Price / Salary: £30000 - £35000/annum
