Our Client is looking to recruit for several Customer Service Operator's based in Boston. All contracts cover a 24/7 rota. The Customer Service team provide first line contact for customers, agencies, businesses, contractors and the general public. Day to day duties include answering calls, dealing with queries, to update and maintain records, setting up direct debits, carry out well being checks via telephone, produce letters and other administration duties. A rota will be drawn up and the successful candidate will be expected to cover days and nights. You must have good IT skills, experience of working within a team, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, have the ability to prioritise, have experience of working within a 24/7 operation and be willing to work towards targets
