Exciting new Sous Chef opportunity for a lovely establishment in Chorley, Lancashire. The ideal candidate will be a Sous or ambitious Chef de Partie who has experience working with fresh produce, running a busy pass, producing A la Carte standard food and some knowledge of banqueting and events. Our client is looking for a Chef with creativity and flair who will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in managing the team and leading by example with excellent hygiene practices and professionalism. You will have a background working within a busy quality establishment and be able to demonstrate longevity of service. If you are keen to progress your career with an up and coming restaurant then this is for you. Working 5 days over 7 including weekends. Salary iro £21,000
