Vitae Financial Recruitment is looking to source a highly driven and dynamic Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their fun team and modern working environment (within 5mins walk of Watford Junction Station).

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant with proven relationship building skills, a consistent track-record of strong billings and the ability to both develop business as well as manage key accounts with the highest level of customer service. You may have gained experience in a larger, national agency and are seeking something with more autonomy, a non KPI driven culture and greater creativity and entrepreneurialism. You may be seeking a change of sector into Finance and Accountancy or a change of scenery having worked in Central London and wanting to lose the train commute and lifestyle. We are open to candidates with a background in temp or permanent (or both) Recruitment and will be happy to build a role around a successful individual's strengths. Outstanding candidates with a significant and proven Sales, Business Development or Account Management background will also potentially be considered.

Successful individuals will be exposed to in depth, hands-on, on the job training from day one working closely with Directors and Managers and will be handed the opportunity to progress as quickly as you are able. You will have opportunities to leverage off current clients and relationships to help kick start your time at Vitae.
