Project Manager / Surveyor required for a new role with a private practice in Birmingham city centre.

We have a new opportunity in Birmingham with an independent firm of chartered surveyors. This firm prides itself on it's approach offering a personal yet highly professional range of specialist services to owner-occupiers, tenants, investors and developers of commercial real estate across the UK. Their consultants are highly results-driven and focused on service delivery with this ranging from project services through to cost consultancy and dilapidations.

Their team provides a comprehensive professional surveying and project management service across the full project lifecycle. We are looking for a surveyor or project manager who can manage a busy programme of refurbishment projects to a client in the leisure sector with on average 50 -60 projects taking place per annum. You would probably have around 4 to 5 small projects at any one time with these being at various stages of the project lifecycle and the programme is quite fast paced. The role will require some travel and we'll be looking for an individual able to take full responsibility for the successful delivery of this service.

Whilst this programme will take up the majority of the working week, beyond this recent / current work includes a number of commercial office fitouts, a leisure / hotel portfolio, a number of new build industrial schemes as well as a wealth of other projects in education and retail for example. There is every prospect of getting involved in other surveying or PM work alongside if of interest.
