The key focus of the role is to be the first point of contact to clients providing concise and consistent information, both face to face and over the phone
Helping to build a network of introducers and clients internally and having the opportunity to get out and about at events, advertising clearly and confidently what the company offers.
You would need to be confident character and have a passion to engage with clients

Responsibilities:
Booking appointments for clients with relevant managers within the Client Services team.
Identifying opportunities for attracting new clients.
Conducting face to face client interviews
Record comprehensive details applications, prepare storyboards and refer applications to the relevant Business Development Manager or the relevant team at Head Office.
Any other duties as required

Administrative duties:
Maintaining and updating the bespoke business system for recording client data.
Initiating correspondence to clients by email or in writing.
Following up client enquiries by telephone
Maintaining accurate documentation /files relating to client records

Knowledge and skills:
Microsoft office skills: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Customer facing experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
