A large general elderly nursing home in the East Kilbride area has a vacancy for a nurse-qualified Unit Manager.

The role will involve leading a small team of Nurses and Care Assistants in the delivery of high quality care, and you will manage care plans, drugs and medications along with getting involved in the hands-on delivery of clinical care.

Details of the vacancy:

Suitable for Adult Nurse/RGN or Mental Health Nurse/RMN qualified Nurses
NMC registration is essential
38.5 hours per week
Day shifts only
£17 per hour
Excellent working conditions in a fully compliant home

Applicants should have previous experience working in a UK care home setting, in a Senior Nurse or similar position. You will be confident providing both clinical leadership and line management in addition to being passionate about high quality care.
