Salary: £35,000 to 60,000 plus benefits and bonus

National firm of Chartered Surveryors.

Overview:

We are recruiting for a Ratings Surveyor to join a National firm of Chartered Surveryors. The salary bracket is wide ranging as the client is able to consider a surveryor whom is yet to be qualified, and will support the final stages of the APC. The client is also abel to consider an MRICs qualified surveryor.

The role is to analyse, gain market insight and identify value on real estate investments.

The role is to manage various rating appeals, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiation with Valuation Office and presenting at Valuation Tribunals when required

Price / Salary: £35000 - £60000/annum
