£25,000 + Com OTE £70,000

As one of the most successful new home and assignment agents in Central London our client are now looking to appoint a New Homes Sales Manager to further support their growth in the East of London and to head up an established new homes team in their Canary Wharf office.

The New Homes Sales Manager will report directly to the Managing Director and will be responsible for the delivery of sales, client management and new business generation. Leading a team of Property Consultants and one Valuation Specialist, you will be holding daily meetings with your team, agreeing and setting targets as well as managing, coaching and developing them to deliver the best results possible for their customers and their business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong proven agency background and be able to demonstrate extensive knowledge of the New Homes marketplace. The role is exciting and varied, requiring you to be hardworking, enthusiastic and professional at all times. Your team will deliver property investment solutions to buyers based both in the UK and overseas, selling amazing apartments across the East London postcodes.
