The job

As Brand Manager, you are responsible for the delivery of plans and marketing initiatives that grow sales and build brand equity in the UK. The role offers a full locally-driven marketing mix with exposure to through the line executions and in restaurant experience targeting the Adults & Youth consumer target. In addition, the role will be exposed to new product development from concept to launch. You will lead internal and external alignment for projects and initiatives, lead a cross-functional team to develop and optimise new/core products, contribution of through the line advertising supporting the overall marketing calendar design and execution. The role offers excellent scope for progression within the business into a senior brand role and potentially lead to Marketing Director for the right candidate.

Your experience

To be considered for the Brand Manager job, you will ideally be educated to a minimum of a degree level in a marketing, branding or related discipline and possess solid marketing experience, most ideally within QSR (quick serve restaurants) or the UK top 4 retailers. You will have strong commercial, development, social and digital media experience and to succeed, you will be hugely passionate and ambitious, possess strong communication skills plus have a flexible and innovative approach.
