Nursing Assistant

Established in 1986, this multi-award winning home has been providing a high level of personal, quality care for over 30 years. We have been tasked with finding dedicated and professional Nursing Assistants to assist the Registered Nurses on shift

Working in First Class facilities with specialist nursing equipment, the role will involve supporting the nurse in charge in clinical and non-clinical aspects of the job, including quality management.

As a home they care for people with highly complex needs and potentially challenging behaviour (registrations categories include: Dementia, Learning Disability, Mental Health, Old Age, Physical Disability and Younger Adults) they are also a gold standard framework accredited provider. Experience of working as a Senior Carer or a Nursing Assistant in a similar setting would be advantageous.

Successful candidates will be rewarded with an hourly rate of pay of £10.00 an hour (based on skills, qualifications and experience) with plenty of opportunity for progression for ambitious individuals. This role is shift based with 8am-8pm and 8pm-8am shifts on a rota basis. 38.5 per week, days nights and weekends. Hours of work / Days of work to be agreed with the employer.
