Senior Quantity Surveyor

Great opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join one of the leading contractors in the UK.

They undertake a range of works and current schemes include: an office block in Cambridge worth circa £48m and schools ranging from £3 - £25m both refurbishment and new build

There are lots of opportunities with this company who are so successful that opportunities tend to come on a 2 year cycle

The role Senior Quantity Surveyor

They are looking for a Senior QS who shall be based in the Luton office for circa 6 9 months working in pre-construction reviewing and developing cost plans, estimating etc. - with a view to then following that project to site.

You will be office based in Luton, Bedfordshire covering sites in the Herts, Beds, Bucks, Essex and North London

The right person

You will have experience in pre-construction and cost planning

You will have worked on various contract types e.g. NEC, JCT

You will be from a general contracting background
