Imagine if your job was to support, coach and mentor ex-offenders to re-integrate back into society? You will be working with ex-offenders who have already been provided support on resettling from upon release, and are now ready to move into employment. The focus of your position is to support them to find work. You will do this through providing IAG, and also taking a more pro-active approach and contacting employers on their behalf to source opportunities.

This is a floating role, working out of 5 probation centres - Reading, Slough, Oxford, Milton Keynes and High Wycombe (we advertised it in Aylesbury as it is relatively central to the locations sorry for any confusion). You will manage your own diary, so where go each week could well vary, depending on caseload numbers in each area.
