Who you'll be working for:

An expanding regional main contractor who have been established for over 40 years.

Some of your responsibilities:

* Reporting into a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the sub-contractors on a £8m permitted development project in Surrey.
* The project consists of the refurbishment of an existing commercial office into 90 apartments with basement car parking. Health, safety and quality on site are paramount responsibilities.

You must have:

* Experience of working for a main contractor on new build / structural refurbishment projects in excess of £5m.
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
