Merco Medical are a 15-year-old specialist primary care staffing agency based in London. We provide day to day and long-term locum Nurse Practitioner and Care Practitioner cover to over 200 primary care services across the UK.

If you are an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Emergency Nurse Practitioner, Emergency Care Practitioner or Urgent Care Practitioner with Minor Illness and/or Minor Injury experience then we can secure work for you quickly.
We have close working relationships with our clients, many of whom are implementing new care pathway models, new care strategies and new integrated services to meet their NHS 5 Year Forward View objectives.

We hold contracts with national and local primary care providers
You can choose work in UCCs, WiCs, OOH, MIUs, A&E Streaming services, Integrated Urgent Care Services, NHS 111 and GP & Nurse Led Clinical Hubs
We have work available in all parts of the UK
Pay rates typically from £35 to £55 per hour, day and shift dependent
Youll be joining hundreds of other Practitioners already working with Merco
We can book you up to 12 weeks in advance
You can choose ad-hoc or regular shifts
Many of our clients work with us exclusively

We can get your registration and compliance completed quickly - and with our large client network we can get you booked quickly too. Once cleared for work your availability and bookings will be managed by just 1 of our experienced account managers.
