Sales Administrator
3 Month Contract - Heybridge
£10ph - £12ph
My client is looking for a driven and passionate Sales Administrator to join their established team on a temporary basis. You will report to the Technical Products, Service and Sales Administration Manager.
The ideal Sales Administrator will provide support to the sales admin team and sales managers to ensure customer orders are dealt with promptly and smoothly
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Enquiry handling - Over the phone and by email for customers and suppliers
* Order processing
* Raising new customer account forms
* Liaising with the sales team - quotes, clarifying orders, products, pricing
* Issuing order acknowledgments
* Purchasing - Buying equipment from suppliers
* System updates - Set-up new configurations and V numbers
* Delivery - Organising delivery of products to site, chasing transportation
* Scheduling - Booking engineers to do commissioning work
* Invoicing - Raising invoices and dealing with internal/external queries
* Returns - Organising and chasing units to be returned, fixed and redelivered
* Filing - Ensuring everything is traceable
* Scanning - Signed collection notes
* Quotes - following up on quotes given
* Adhoc tasks supporting the department
EXPERIENCE
* Previous experience in similar role essential
* Able to recognise components
* knowledge of suppliers
* Good understanding of export and overseas paperwork
