HomeServe Labs is a tech start-up wholly owned by HomeServe PLC. HomeServe Labs are developers of smart home tech and in June 2016 launched LeakBot, a smart water leak detector designed as an InsurTech IoT product for the home insurance industry.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Client Success Manager to join our busy team in London. You will be a self starter and confident in leading all aspects of relationship engagement from new business conversations to partnership implementation. You will be a skilled and experienced client/partner facing professional who is able to effectively communicate the key advantages of our innovative IoT device as well as influence the internal product and operations team to deliver on client requirements.
The role will be based in our London (King's Cross) Office, but will have travel (including internationally) to partners as well as travel to other HomeServe offices, as expected.
Further duties to include:
* To understand and to speak to clients about the technical, customer journey and economics of the Leakbot product towards actively and effectively overcoming client obstacles to implementing HomeServe Labs products.
* You will partner with the wider HomeServe Labs teams including Product, Operations, Development & Hardware Engineering and HomeServe departments including Legal, Compliance & Finance in order to be effective in fulfilling requirements related to client activities.
* Taking ownership of aspects of client engagements and bring them through to a successful close; furthering the client relationship.
* To be fully up to speed with all ongoing client activity; and will be responsible for supporting the business development strategy, including competitor benchmarking, country and customer value analysis; and reporting including ongoing client pipeline tracking and metrics.
About You
As an experienced professional within the client management and/or product development sector, you will already be a convincing business leader who is engaging, informative and persuasive in interactions at all stages of the client lifecycle.
You will also:
* Have experience in interaction at all stages of the client lifecycle; including prospect, contracting, on-boarding, and existing relationships.
* programme leader who can identify and execute solutions that effectively move client relationships forward.
* Be experienced across a range of customer journey elements; including UI/UX, fulfilment and reporting
* Possessexcellent communication and influencing skills, both internally and externally - a real self starter!
* Have a pragmatic approach to problem solving.
Ideally you will also have had some experience across both B2C and B2B products; with IoT experience and/or insurance product knowledge particularly welcome
