We are seeking ordinary people to become extra-ordinary Support Workers at our Services in Wombourne, Nr Wolverhampton, where you will be providing care and support to individuals with Physical and Learning Disabilities in achieving independent living and reach their full potential in life.

We are able to offer days, nights and shifts on a Full /Part time basis along with Bank positions. Please apply promptly so that we are able to consider your flexibility.

You will be providing Support with:

You will be supporting adults and children and the duties will include:
*Providing personal care
*Moving and handling needs
*Support with medication and complex clinical needs
*Companionship
*Meal time support
