Kelly Services has been engaged to recruit a Credit Control Manager for a highly recognisable and reputable Group Business based in Surrey.

The key responsibilities of the Credit Control Manager include:

Working in a fast paced environment, with an established and stable team, this role will be responsible for managing key client and third party relationships, supporting with projects and improvement initiatives. Overseeing a small team, you will be responsible for monitoring the day to day service delivery, alongside the below duties;

Managing complex and large client portfolios/ Outsourced Partners
Manage any escalation proceedings, resolving complex queries and customer complaints
Providing approval for any refunds or write offs, with attempt to mitigate any business losses
Documenting MI and reporting for Senior stakeholders, including analyzing trends, key performance indicators, and identify any anomalies
Taking ownership of projects and being the business liaison, including being a main point of contact for signing of terms and documents
Support with process and procedure improvements, making appropriate recommendations for better efficiency and streamlining the implementation process.

The required skills for the Credit Control Manager are;

A strong track record in credit management, dealing with complex high volume and high value B2B accounts.
It is essential to have previous management or supervisory experience and to have ideally dealt with third party providers.
Experience in Utilities/ Energy or Regulated environments would be advantageous.
The role holder should be advanced in Microsoft Excel and have a strong working knowledge of billing systems/portals and query management systems.
