The Company:
* A market leading pharmaceuticals company specialising in gastroenterology
* A fantastic career opportunity
The Role:
* This is a performance coaching role in reality - You will mentor and coach 9 territory managers
* You will spend approximately 80% (4 days) a week in the field with TSM's assisting them and coaching them before, during and after the sales pitch or presentation
* You will also be responsible for setting the teams sales objectives, budgets, targets etc
* The territory sales managers will be selling pharmaceuticals products for gastrointestinal tract Ulcerative Colitis, Crohn's disease and the TSM's will be selling to consultant gastroenterologists within NHS hospitals mainly
The Ideal Person:
* You will need to come with a current ABPI
* As the new regional sales manager/sales coach you MUST have previous sales experience and coaching mentoring experience within the medical arena preferably within the hospital pharmaceutical world
* You will be engaging, driven, enthusiastic and have a knack of getting the best out of people

Price / Salary: £60000 - £70000/annum 20% OTE
