We have a fantastic opportunity for a Deputy Manager for a service for adults with learning disabilities.

You will join a friendly and welcoming team and a supportive manager, and working together, you will strive to create and maintain a homely environment for the residents. You will supervise, coach, encourage and mentor the support workers, ensuring best practice, and will support the registered manager to ensure the service remains fully compliant.

You will be an experienced health and social care practitioner, with a minimum Level 3 Health and Social Care, and experience in a supervisory position, ideally at team Leader level or above. You will also have experience within learning disabilities.

Price / Salary: £20000 - £25000/annum
